Native Music has hired Keeley Dwight, who comes on board as executive producer. Keeley’s agency and production experience over the past twenty years brings a different dynamic to the Native team – she was previously Senior Producer at 4Creative, Head of Content and Head of Creative Production at Y&R, as well as a partner at production at IRIS.

Working on many award-winning works for 4Creative, the BBC (including Commonwealth Games and Olympics) and Honda, alongside household names such as Adidas, Vodafone, Lloyds, Ferrero Rocher, Actimel, P&G and Unilever, as well as running departments, Keeley has always sought to do things differently.

Keeley said, “I’ve been lucky enough to work on both sides of the advertising production world and in some extremely creative places. Music has always been integral to the success of the projects I’ve worked on, and Dan and Fred were often part of the team that brought that success. Knowing the guys for many years, it was a great opportunity to work with them on these creative briefs this side of the fence and help continue to build Native’s already amazing reputation. I’m really excited to be part of the Native family.

Dan Neale, MD of Native said: “We have known Keeley for a long time so for us she was an obvious choice to expand the team. Anyone who can handle major productions with the positivity and can-do attitude Keeley brings will be an asset to any company. Keeley will bring her expertise, energy and fresh perspective to Native and we are all excited to work with her.
