When G Jones releases new music, you stop what you’re doing and listen.
The virtuoso bass music producer has released a new single, “Operator.” Jones introduced the track to fans over two years ago, when it appeared in his fan-favorite song “REMOTE TRANSMISSIONmix. The glitchy song eventually exploded in popularity among its fanbase, with many affectionately calling it “Ray Gun ID” as they clamored for an official release.
“Operator” is just par for the course for Jones, who is revered in electronic music circles as one of the most technically gifted producers on the scene. His groundbreaking approach to sound design is beautifully encapsulated in the searing track, where gritty rave leads, acid-inspired basses and eerie arpeggios lead listeners down a frantic tumble.

‘Operator’ will appear on a new EP from Jones, who aptly titled it ILLUSORY TRACKS. He hasn’t announced a release date yet, but fans can get a taste of the disc on one of his upcoming “IllusoryOS.” round Appointment.
