Talented music producer and artist Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, recounted the “bad experiences” he had as a child.
Samklef, in a Twitter post, also urged any rejected child or orphan to never give up.
He said his uncle and wife usually gave him spoiled soup to eat while growing up, and he walked from their residence in Ogun state to his school in Lagos Monday through Friday, with no money for transportation.
“I remember when my uncle and his wife would give me spoiled soup, she would take out red oil and give me food, would also go to school at age 11, from State of ” Enilolobo Taju Bello Ogun at Iju Lagos Fagba Grammar Station School Monday to Friday without money.
“Sometimes you don’t all know what some of us went through as children. I turn all my traumas into happiness. I forgive but I don’t forget the goals of my life. Joseph’s story just there for inspire every rejected and orphaned child to never give up #whoissamklef? ”
Samklef has worked with international and Nigerian musicians and producers including – Timberland and Kanye West, as well as his industry colleagues – Don Jazzy and 2Baba.
His mastery of the art of music production is evident on monster hits like “My Life” (Enemies) by Durella), “Tease Me (Freestyle) and” Don’t Dull “by Wizkid, not to mention” Kilode “by Vector and D’Prince’s “Jonzing’s World”.
Samklef has successfully established itself as one of the best producers in this part of the continent. Samklef is an exemplary singer with a distinct and unique singing style.
